It looks like you had a perfect week Jodie. These rolls look delicious. I don't think I've ever baked with Rye flour. I usually use spelt at the moment but I did make some sweet little Persian milk rolls recently that looked a bit like these.

I did thanks Deb. I ate these with that super yummy sweet potato peanut soup but also with eggs for brekkie. They are good. I use spelt too. The rye was particularly yummy. The topping is quinoa flakes.
ReplyDeleteThe idea seems pretty yummy. I've never tried rye bread with soup before. So excited to try making it for my husband and the kids. :)
